1. Refunds and Returns

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
It must be in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


2. Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our warehouse in Western Australia. Additionally, please note that a $25 restocking fee will apply to all returns.

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please be aware that a $25 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale (Clearance) items cannot be refunded.
